I’m Leah Kapral
I’m a Certified Nutritionist, Blood Sugar Coach + founder of the Balanced Blood Sugar Method. I help emotional eaters change their relationship with food, increase energy + lose weight for good using this proven method.
I love supporting driven men and women to find alignment with their desired health and enJOY their body again.
I was resigned about losing weight and lost trust in myself around diets because I struggled with emotional overeating, so any results were short-term. I avoided conversations about losing weight because I was already not feeling myself, unsure how to exit a stressful career & unhappy relationship.
I didn’t want to feel like more of a failure! I thought I had a healthy diet but when I really looked I was eating a lot of hidden sugar, simple carbohydrates that don’t sustain me and drinking caffeine and alcohol which was causing added stress on my body & cravings & a key reason why I was constantly thinking about food!
I also discovered I was an emotional eater and on the blood sugar rollercoaster, a double whammy times of unconscious eating to cope with negative feelings and upsets and energy crashes.
